Capabilities
We offer a wide array of tubular exhaust insulation to withstand heat up to 2300 degrees (F) for large scale production or small batch quantities. Our insulation products exceed the federal guidelines for clean diesel vehicles and greatly contribute to the near zero emissions requirements. These require no additional processes to finish in your factory and are easy to install at the assembly line.
We have several large presses and can make thin to medium gauge stainless steel or aluminum stamped heat shields for turbos, exhaust tubes and firewalls. We create nearly all of our own tools in house which is a huge cost savings to our customers.
Our thermal blankets are extremely durable, heat resistant up to 2200 degrees (F) and have several easy to use fasteners to minimize assembly time in your factory.
New for 2022 is our 3D Printing capabilities for rapid prototype tooling as well as making production parts using our stratasys / F370.
OUR TEAM
We have an amazingly talented work force that is cross-trained to work in tube wrapping, metal stamping and sewing thermal blankets. This makes us very flexible and able to rapidly change gears to meet our customers needs.
