SPI Exhaust Wrap Thin Gauge Metal Stamping

We have developed a unique one piece, easy to install, thin gauge stainless steel or aluminum insulator that encompasses the entire circumference of the tube. These 2400-degree Fahrenheit insulators can be custom made to fit any size exhaust tube with bends to any degree. We own several large hydraulic, mechanical and air presses ranging from 3 tons to 150 tons to make our thin gauge stamped heat shields. Our R&D Team makes all the tools in-house allowing us to put the finished product in our clients’ hands very quickly with huge savings.
